Our Story

Homage is the culinary genius created by Chef Oliver Saye who was born in Liberia and raised in the United States.

Homage focuses on the West African Diaspora Cuisine and uses ingredients and dishes inspired by our enslaved ancestors from West Africa to the America’s.


Chef Oliver has been in the food industry for close to 30 years. He has worked in all culinary facets, from fine dining to hotels to retirement communities.  


Homage provides catering, meal delivery services, pop up dinners and intimate private dinners. Homage also provides products for retail in Lemon Street Market.

Our Menu

Our menu highlights regions within the Diaspora which includes; West Africa, the American South, the Caribbean, and Central and South American.

We focus on West African cuisine, Southern cuisine, Caribbean cuisine, and Central and South American cuisine and American BBQ.

Catering Packages and Pricing are based on a 30 Person count.

For example if you wanted to increase to a 60 Person count, the price would be double.

If you wanted to add any additional items to your package then we would add the individual pan/soup/bread price.

You can also create your own personalized package as well.

Prices vary from $525 to $575 depending on the items that are selected. 

​Vegan and Gluten Free options are also available! 

Private Parties/Dinners

$300 per couple/private dinner

$80/person for parties of 6 or more
